My two year old LOVES this toy. He sleeps with it. He got it at 24 months and is able to manipulate the pincher hand on the rocket and remove the pincher arm and put it back on himself. He is into both rockets and into superheros so that both come in this packaging is super.
The Rocket also has parts that can attach to Superman if desired. The rocket head guard slides off the rocket and can be mounted on Superman's back so he looks like he has a rocket pack for more independent flying. All of it is durable plastic and nothing has broken or even wiggled the wrong way since we started playing with this three months ago.
